Introducing the team ready to welcome you to our classes...

Sarah Lee

Sarah has been a Zumba Instructor for over 13 years in the community and has been involved in the big ZIN academy with Katie Jackson too!

 

Over the years Sarah has added speciality classes to her learning and qualified In Zumba Kids®️, Zumba Gold®️, Zumba Toning®️ and more recently CIRCL Mobility®️. 

 

One of Sarah’s biggest passions is Fitness Pilates which, since her training In 2020, has been her favourite addition to the business, allowing us to now offer a true variety of classes to really look after our mind and bodies.

Katie

Hi, I'm Katie and I've been a Zumba instructor for 6 years now; and I've trained and participated at the Zin Academy with Sarah Lee .

I'm extremely passionate about dance and exercise. It all began at such a young age... the feeling it gave me, a place to express myself, build on confidence, and most of all feeling free being in a world of my own that made me feel alive and happy.

I thrive off music and choreography - I've studied lots of styles of dance, worked with many fantastic instructors and had many amazing experiences during my dance background such as productions, catwalks, dance shows, competition work and a music video. I've studied in Ballet, Tap, Body Maintenance, Contemporary, Jazz, Latin and Ballroom, and street dance. And now Zumba Fitness, Zumba®️, Zumba Toning®️, Zumba Gold®️ and now Circl Mobility®️. So I have a great amount of experience within the dance industry. 

I've now qualified as a Fitness Pilates instructor and am loving teaching my new class!

So I invite you and welcome you to join me at my classes and I look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your goals.

Tracey

Our team wouldn't be complete without our 'check in' girl, Tracey! You'll be in good hands on arrival at classes and she will put anyone new, at ease. You will feel part of this wonderful group from the get go. If you have any questions about our classes or memberships, Tracey will make sure the message gets to us.

We know that starting excercise can feel very daunting. At Sarah Lee Fitness we thrive on making your fitness journey a fun and non-judgemental experience. As a team, we aim to encourage and empower a strong and healthy lifestyle and help create a happier version of yourself embracing all body types and abilities.

Our classes aim to build confidence, boost metabolism, build stamina to tone the body, maintain a good cardiovascular respiratory system and de-stress. But most of all to encourage happiness and a healthy mind.

But being part of the Sarah Lee Fitness community isn't just about dance and fitness but also socialising, building friendships and encouraging each other on our personal goals which is key to a sucesssful and fulfilling fitness journey.
