NEW beginnings as we

welcome Becky to the team!

What better place to look for a new instructor than right beside us! Becky has been attending classes for a year now and shown huge passion, commitment and understanding of our brand & ethos. We have all watched her grow in confidence last year and it's time this year to take the next step.  Training will begin soon as Becky works towards her Level 2 in Group Training. Expect to see Becky hands on in Core Strength classes soon and helping with admin  & memberships.

Fancy a quick 30 minute session? This is a blast of glute & ab focus set to intervals of 60 seconds.  With a class max of just 8 we work in a smaller group to achieve better form in this focussed class packed with result driven exercises. â€‹

We are excited to create our latest collection, designed to give you comfort and movement from class to coffee. Milky creams, and matcha green shades will be the theme for our collection of jumpers, t-shirts and mini backpacks.

Yoga Stretch with Block

Introducing our brand new Block Pilates, launching this autumn! At Block Pilates, we focus on enhancing your strength and flexibility through dynamic Pilates moves using a simple yoga block. 

Our classes will be for groups of 8 max & will be available for both morning & lunchtime sessions.
