Every Wednesday, we meet for a local active walk - 9.45am,


We always start and end the walk locally and the meeting point can be found here, on the WhatsApp group, and emailed to you the day before as long as you have booked on. Booking is essential so we know to wait for you!

Our walks are 'active' but we do stop for breathers for those that need it and try to keep them to around an hour and 15 minutes Walking boots or old trainers are best as we sometimes use canal tow paths and hilly terrain - Marple is beautiful but hilly!

WalkFIT is £3 pay as you go or you may wish to use your membership pass.

NEW Spring/Summer Timetable

We are thrilled to announce that April marks the launch of our NEW timetable and after lots of requests we have brought you a weekly Beginners Fitness Pilates plus a brand NEW Seated Pilates session! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

WalkFIT is also now happening weekly, and CORE Strength has moved venues - This session over the summer will be alternative weeks outside, using the fantastic equipment now available at the Memorial Park.

NEW Seated Pilates 

We now have a brand NEW Pilates session offering all the core-strengthening, mobility and posture work we cover in mat pilates but from the comfort of a chair! Join us on Thursdays 10.30am-11am at Marple Senior Citizen's Hall from April. Booking now open!


Core Strength 'on the park'

Alternate weeks we take CORE Strength outside into the park. The fantastic community equipment creates a great base for us to make a mini circuit session focusing on CORE strong moves. The fresh air and views of the hills is spot on!
