The NEW home of our Fitness Pilates classes is located above Peacocks, in the heart of Marple! From October we invite you to Step into a space designed to energise, strengthen & restore. From Pilates to strength training & including small group sessions, Studio 7 offers a welcoming haven we can call our own.

​

We are busy working on our new timetable ... expect to see lots more classes in the morning's & lunchtimes, the introduction of BLOCK Pilates & PT. Our Zumba & Zumba Toning will take place across the road at the Senior Hall allowing us a little more space and WalkFIT meeting point will be often from here also.

Join us for our classic Pilates session designed for all levels! This class focuses on core strength, and overall body awareness. You’ll learn foundational movements while also being challenged to work more deeply. Whether you're a beginner or experienced , our supportive environment ensures that everyone can benefit and enjoy the session.  We always end our sessions with a beautiful stretch, relaxation is what we do best!

Core Strength

Our small group training class is designed specifically for beginners! You'll learn form with personalized attention from Sarah Lee. Each session focuses on boosting your confidence. Working sometimes in pairs its a fun class and you will learn so much, perfecting your form for other sessions you may already attend.

Fusion Pilates

A dynamic Pilates class that incorporates weights to elevate your workout experience. Fusion blends traditional Pilates movements with resistance training, helping you build strength and improve flexibility simultaneously. You'll engage your core while toning your muscles!

A class dedicated to perfect your form. This class focuses on controlled movements that target your core, improve flexibility, and promote better posture. We will guide you through a series of exercises, emphasizing proper alignment and technique to maximize your results. A brilliant class for beginners and anyone wanting to workout with greater results, safety.
