The NEW home of our Fitness Pilates classes is located above Peacocks, in the heart of Marple! From October we invite you to Step into a space designed to energise, strengthen & restore. From Pilates to strength training & including small group sessions, Studio 7 offers a welcoming haven we can call our own.

We are busy working on our new timetable ... expect to see lots more classes in the morning's & lunchtimes, the introduction of BLOCK Pilates & PT. Our Zumba & Zumba Toning will take place across the road at the Senior Hall allowing us a little more space and WalkFIT meeting point will be often from here also.

Our small group training class is designed specifically for beginners! You'll learn form with personalized attention from Sarah Lee. Each session focuses on boosting your confidence. Working sometimes in pairs its a fun class and you will learn so much, perfecting your form for other sessions you may already attend.
