Kettlebells enhance Pilates by adding resistance for strength and muscle tone. They improve balance, engage the core, leading to more dynamic workouts.
Your Kettlebell ...
We recommend 4kg. Going lighter isn't always enough weight to really get deep into the control and focus of the stretches and going heavier to a 5kg or 6kg is only safe when you have really mastered the routines, with perfect form and control.
Be sure to warm up always, to avoid injury! Kettlebells can put strain on our wrists and shoulders if we haven't fully warmed up.
These sessions are designed to challenge you, so take it steady and slowly and watch your strength grow!
